<p>By making a reservation with Chasely Apartment Hotel, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms &amp; Conditions.</p><h3>Reservations &amp; Payment</h3><p>A <strong>valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations</strong>.</p><p>For bookings made on a <strong>Flexible Rate</strong>, payment for the accommodation will be charged to the nominated credit card <strong>3 days prior to arrival</strong>.</p><p>For bookings made on a <strong>Non-Refundable Rate</strong>, full payment will be charged <strong>at the time of booking</strong>. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.</p><p>Rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.</p><h3>Flexible Rate – Direct Bookings</h3><p>For flexible reservations made <strong>directly with Chasely Apartment Hotel</strong>, cancellations or changes must be received at least <strong>24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date</strong>.</p><p>If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, <strong>the full cost of the booking will be forfeited</strong>.</p><h3>Extended Stays – More Than 4 Weeks</h3><p>For reservations of <strong>more than 4 weeks</strong>, at least <strong>7 days’ notice</strong> is required to cancel or shorten the stay. Where less than 7 days’ notice is provided, a cancellation fee equivalent to <strong>20% of the total booking cost</strong> will apply.</p><h3>Third-Party Bookings</h3><p>Reservations made through third-party websites or booking platforms, including online travel agencies, are subject to the <strong>cancellation, payment and amendment conditions shown by that provider at the time of booking</strong>.</p><p>Any cancellation or amendment to a third-party reservation should be made through the platform or provider through which the booking was originally made.</p><h3>Changes to Reservations</h3><p>Requests to change dates, room types or the length of stay are subject to availability and the conditions of the rate booked. Changes may result in a different accommodation rate.</p><h3>Check-in &amp; Check-out</h3><p><strong>Check-in:</strong> from 2:00 pm</p><p><strong>Check-out:</strong> by 10:00 am</p><p>Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.</p><h3>Guest Responsibilities</h3><p>Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any occupants or visitors associated with their booking.</p><p>Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted inside apartments. Tampering with smoke detectors or other fire safety equipment is strictly prohibited.</p><p>Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning, damage, missing items or other costs resulting from their stay.</p><h3>Parking</h3><p>Complimentary onsite parking is available to hotel guests on a <strong>first-come, first-served basis</strong>. Parking spaces are unallocated and <strong>availability cannot be guaranteed</strong>.</p><p>Undercover parking has a <strong>1.8 metre height restriction</strong>. A limited number of above-ground parking spaces are also available.</p><h3>Pets</h3><p>Pets are not permitted at Chasely Apartment Hotel, except where required by applicable law.</p><h3>Identification &amp; Security</h3><p>Guests may be required to provide valid photo identification and a valid credit card at check-in. Chasely Apartment Hotel reserves the right to take reasonable measures to verify a guest’s identity and protect the property and other guests.</p><h3>No-Shows &amp; Early Departures</h3><p>Failure to arrive for a reservation without cancelling within the applicable cancellation period may result in the applicable cancellation charge being applied.</p><p>No refund or credit is provided for unused accommodation following an early departure where the booking is non-refundable or the departure occurs within the applicable cancellation period, except where required by law.</p><h3>General</h3><p>Chasely Apartment Hotel may update these Terms &amp; Conditions from time to time.
